Note from the Author's Family:

Tom died on May 26th, 2012 in Merced, CA.  

Services: 

His funeral will be held Saturday, June 9th at 9:00am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 459 W 21st St., Merced, CA.  A memorial gathering will be held in Emeryville later in the summer. 

In Memoriam:

Tom's charity of choice was the Emeryville Community Action Program.  Donations may be sent in his name to E.C.A.P. in care of Nellie Hannon, 3610 San Pablo Ave., Emeryville, CA 94608, (510) 652-8422.

And of course, Tom would want us all to continue to work to get his wonderful stories to the public.
